At KUROVA, every product is made and prepared with care. Due to the limited nature of our collections and inventory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

Please review all product descriptions, sizing information, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kurovaclothing@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
